Sup Tulang

Sup tulang atau sup ekor (panggilan orang Melayu) atau sup bontot (bagi orang Indon).

Whatever pun, sup ekoq (kata orang utagha) memang lah sedap dimakan.

Bahan-bahan

(Rempah ratus sup tulang)

2 kilo tulang atau ekor
1 bungkus rempah sup tulang Adabi

Tambahan sedikit lagi rempah ratus kepada rempah Adabi tu. Atau sekiranya tak ada sup bunjut atau sup tulang Adabi, boleh gunnakan rempah2 di bawah
cuma double kan "dose"nya.

1 inci kulit kayu manis (cinnamon)
1 bunga lawang (star annise)
1 biji buah pelaga
sedikit ketumbar
Sedikit lada hitam (atau serbuk lada hitam atau putih pun boleh jugak)
2 inci halia (ginger) yang di buang kulitnya dan di ketuk
1 labu bawang besar
Garam secukup rasa.

Untuk menumis

1 inci halia di potong halus
10 ulas bawang merah dia mayang nipis
3 - 4 ulas bawang putih
sedikit jintan manis

Cara nak masak

1. Rebus tulang yang telah di basuh.
2. Masukkan, rempah ratus yang tersebut di atas.
3. Masukkan halia yang di ketuk, bawang besar yang di mayang kecil seperti dadu-dadu kecil
4. Masukkan garam seukup rasa.
5. Kalau suka boleh lah masukkan kentang dan carrot yang di potong 4 atau 6.
6. Bila tulang dah empuk, dah cukup rasa kuah supnya, angkatlah dari dapur.
7. Tumis bawang merah, halia, bawang putih dan jintan manis.
8. Masukkan semua bahan-bahan yang di tumis bersama minyak panas yang dibuat menumis tu ke dalam periuk sup.
9. Hidangkan dengan menabur bawang goreng dan hirisan daun sup (saderi) & daun bawang.
10 Boleh di makan dengan roti atau nasi.

1na : tahu lah pasal sup gearbox tu. Tapi tak lah pernah makan pun. Sebab kena sedut dengan straw tu pasal nak makan sum-sum tulang dia tu lah.

Sup ekor/tulang ni kalau celur mee, maggi atau bihun pun sedap jugak ni.

Orang malaysia kata sup ekor.orang Indonesia(not Indon) kata sup buntut (ekor binatang)lain dengan bontot(malay)which means punggung(buttock).

First of all I want to say excellent blog! I had a quick question in which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was interested to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I've had a tough
time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there.
I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems like the first 10
